Zero Parades has been announced, the next game by ZA/UM. That studio has undergone a drastic amount of staffing changes over the years, but it’s the development studio that created Disco Elysium.

Described as an espionage RPG, you play as Hershel Wilk – or CASCADE – on a mysterious assignment. You’ll need to make acquaintances of various people at the end of history, each with their own agendas.

On the Zero Parades’ official Steam page it’s stated the game features a story of “failing forward”, and “richly drawn characters”. There’s no release date for Zero Parades as of yet, but it’s clear the game is trying to tap into that same distinct Disco Elysium style, even with many of the senior developers behind that award-winning game absent from the studio.
