Jade Raymond, founder and CEO of Haven Studios, has left the company.

As reported by Bloomberg, executive producer Marie-Eve Danis and Pierre-François Sapinski have been appointed co-studio heads.

Raymond founded Haven Studios in 2021. A year later, the developer was acquired by PlayStation Studios. It is currently working on its debut live-service title Fairgames, which was announced in 2023.

Fairgames was due to launch this year but has reportedly been delayed to spring 2026, according to Bloomberg.

“Jade Raymond has been an incredible partner and visionary force in founding Haven Studio,” a spokesperson for PlayStation Studios said.

“We are deeply grateful to her leadership and contributions, and we wish her all the best in her next chapter.”

Haven’s new co-studio heads have decades of experience in the industry. Danis joined the developer as an executive producer in 2023. She was previously lead producer at Epic Games and senior producer at Ubisoft.

Danis originally joined Ubisoft in 2010 as lead programmer before becoming producer in 2011. She also worked at Ubisoft Montréal as production director in 2013, then producer in 2019.

Sapinski was head of production at Haven prior to his latest role. Prior to this, he was senior production designer at Google.

He also worked at Ubisoft for 15 years, starting in 2004 as data manager on Prince of Persia: Warrior Within and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory.

He left Ubisoft in 2019 following his role as production director on Rainbow Six Siege.
